These Terms & Conditions apply to design services purchased from the TVG Design online store. The seller and contracting entity is FYT Commerce LLC, operating the public-facing brand TVG Design.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the selected service, price, scope, revision allowance, estimated turnaround, digital-delivery information and these terms.

A person purchasing on behalf of a business or other organisation confirms that they are authorised to place the order and provide instructions for that organisation.

TVG Design offers graphic design and UI/UX services. The exact deliverables, revision allowance, file formats and estimated turnaround are stated on the relevant service page and form part of the purchased scope.

Product imagery and project mockups illustrate possible applications and presentation quality. They do not guarantee an identical concept, style or result because each project is developed around the customer's brief, content, references, audience and business requirements.

An order is received when payment is successfully authorised and Shopify issues an order confirmation. Creative work begins only after TVG Design has also received the complete brief and all materials reasonably required to perform the service.

TVG Design may decline or cancel a request before work begins if it is unlawful, misleading, outside the advertised scope, technically impracticable, infringes third-party rights or cannot reasonably be completed. Amounts paid for work that has not begun will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in EUR unless the storefront or checkout clearly shows another currency. Before payment, the product page, cart and checkout show the selected service and applicable total. The checkout total is the amount payable, except in the event of an obvious technical or pricing error.

Any applicable taxes are calculated or displayed according to the checkout configuration and the information supplied by the customer. Customers should review the final total before authorising payment.

Payment is due at checkout using an available payment method. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify, Airwallex or another payment provider enabled for the store. TVG Design does not receive complete payment-card credentials.

The customer agrees to:

• provide a complete and accurate project brief;
• provide required copy, images, logos, brand assets and other materials in usable form;
• respond to reasonable project questions and requests for feedback;
• review proofs and supplied content carefully before final approval;
• ensure that customer-supplied materials may lawfully be used; and
• avoid requesting unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of names, claims, prices, contact details, legal text, product information and other content supplied for inclusion in the work.

Estimated turnaround is stated in business days and begins after successful payment, receipt of a complete brief and receipt of all required materials. Customer response time is not included in the estimate.

The number of included revision rounds is stated on the service page. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the selected direction within the original brief. New concepts, additional pages or screens, major changes in objective, substantial new content or extra deliverables may require a separate quote and updated timeline.

Final deliverables are supplied electronically by email, download link, shared workspace or another reasonable digital method. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, design-service purchases do not include physical manufacturing or shipping.

Cancellation or refund requests should be submitted using the public support details on this website and should include the customer name, order number and service purchased.

If an approved cancellation is received before design work begins, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once work has begun, any refundable amount may be reduced to reflect work already performed, concepts or files already supplied, committed resources and other non-recoverable project costs. A change of preference or request for additional revisions does not automatically make a service defective.

If TVG Design cannot provide the purchased service, or a delivered service materially fails to match the agreed scope and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, TVG Design will provide an appropriate correction, price adjustment or refund as required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are normally issued within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before funds appear in the customer's account.

Drafts, unused concepts, working files, methods, templates, tools and pre-existing materials remain the property of FYT Commerce LLC or their respective licensors unless the service description expressly states otherwise.

Rights in approved final deliverables are transferred or licensed only after full payment and only to the extent described in the purchased service. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, plugins and licences remain subject to their own licence terms and may require separate customer licences.

The customer confirms that it has the necessary rights for all materials supplied to TVG Design. Trademark searches, legal clearance and registration of a business name, logo or other mark are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

TVG Design will perform purchased services with reasonable professional care. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, TVG Design is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer-supplied information, unauthorised third-party materials, modifications made after delivery, or the acts, outages or performance of independent platforms, printers, developers or other service providers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.

Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact TVG Design with the order number and a clear description of the issue so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
