Personal information collected through the TVG Design store is controlled by FYT Commerce LLC, operating the public-facing brand TVG Design.

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect or receive:

• business information, project briefs, messages, uploaded files and materials submitted for a service;
• order details, purchased services, payment status, invoices and transaction references;

Complete payment-card credentials are handled by payment providers and are not made available to TVG Design in full.

You may also unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link provided in those messages. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent when needed to fulfil an order or respond to a request.
